Vow does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any of your data. There is no Vow server. There are no analytics. There is no account.
This policy is short because there is almost nothing to disclose. The rest of this page exists because privacy policies are legally required.
Nothing. Vow has no server, no analytics, no telemetry, and no third-party SDKs. The App Store privacy label on Vow's listing is empty for the same reason this section is short: we collect nothing.
The following data is created and stored entirely on your iPhone or iPad in Apple's local sandbox:
None of this leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync (see below).
If you turn on Settings → iCloud sync, Vow replicates your data to your own private iCloud database. This sync is operated by Apple, not by Vow. We have no access to your iCloud contents. You can disable sync at any time, and turning it back off does not delete your local data.
If you grant HealthKit permission, Vow reads (and never writes) the following types: sleep analysis and heart rate variability (HRV). Health data is used only to render correlation charts inside the app on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere.
Apple processes the purchase of the "Vow — Lifetime Unlock" in-app purchase. Vow receives a cryptographically-signed receipt that confirms the purchase. The receipt is stored locally on your device. We do not receive your email, billing details, or any other purchase identifier from Apple.
